Between the Holidays – 28 to 30 December 2026

On these evenings, PURO will be serving its regular à la carte menu.

Our cuisine brings together the vibrant flavours of Latin America and Asia, enhanced by carefully selected local ingredients to create a colourful and exciting fusion. Whether you enjoy sharing a variety of dishes or prefer your own individual selection, our à la carte menu offers something for every taste. One thing remains the same – every dish is crafted to deliver exceptional flavour.

New Year’s Eve – Thursday, 31 December 2026

Begin the evening from 6:00 pm with a glass of Champagne at our welcome reception. From 7:00 pm, enjoy an exclusive five-course sharing New Year’s Eve menu, followed by an indulgent dessert buffet.

From 10:00 pm onwards, our DJ will create the perfect party atmosphere, keeping the celebrations going into the early hours. At 11:30 pm, we’ll gather for the countdown before welcoming the New Year in style with Champagne, great music, and a festive ambience.
