From 19 to 21 September 2024, a culinary highlight awaits you at Puro Restaurant! Our head chef Pablo Löhle welcomes renowned guest chef Song Lee from Berlin.

He grew up in Gangnam, Seoul, and has worked in the best restaurants, including DAE MON and Sticks’n’Sushi, as well as being head chef at Nikkei Nine in the luxury Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg, and is now regarded as one of the best in his field.

Executive Chef Pablo Löhle and Song Lee know each other from their time together at VOX Restaurant. This special connection makes the event a unique experience, where you can experience the synergy of two outstanding chefs.

An explosion of flavour guaranteed!

Song Lee’s speciality is Asian cuisine, especially sushi. On these days, exquisite creations will take centre stage, perfectly suited to our Puro Restaurant.
